YES I know it's still November. But Our favorite Santa has already arrived at our local Mall. and with 4 impatient kids.... no lineups is a very good thing!
Santa is also known as Larry. During his off season (and when is is not making toys) he works as a early childhood educator at our community play group. We haven't been in a year or two ... but he still remembered Jayna and Jacob's name.
talk about magic!
and best of all they let you take all the pictures you want ( if you buy one photo for the crazy 9.99) This way I get a photo of each of the kids as they visit with Santa.
This year we had NO TEARS!!

This year we had NO TEARS!!and Momma wanted ONE silent night where all her children sleep through the night in their own bed. Santa wouldn't commit...and told me he would do his best.
After our visit with Santa we enjoyed a dinner at Denny's (YEAH for kids eat free!) and then to the Festival of Nativities at our church.
there was a beautiful musical presentation, and in true Tricia fashion I was moved to tears.
It was such a nice way to remind us what the real reason for the season is. We celebrate the birth of our Lord. The Prince of peace. The King of Kings.
Jesus is the reason for the season!

I was just wondering if you'd done your Santa picture yet. Lovely as always : )
Great pics. We were worried about the tear factor and thought we'd leave Santa until next year, but our work Christmas party is this weekend and we know Santa....so maybe....
