Tonight was the opening ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics held here! In Vancouver. The entire province (make that country) is excited and you can actually feel it!
Our kids have been learning and studying about the Olympics, and the different the sports. So we invited our friends Andrea and Thomas

and enjoyed a heart clogging Canadian dinner
Poutine (Fries Cheese curds and gravy) Canadian Bacon, Salmon with a maple sauce, and Canada Dry. (don't worry we did eat veggies to!) 
We chanted GO Canada GO!
3/5 of the kids fell asleep. But we enjoyed the show.
We live in such a Beautiful country!

Love your celebration, we celebrated too and hung our Canadian flag on the Motor home so Mexico knew we were still celebrating even if we were visiting the South. Mom
